Bring your camera and join Beau Photo and ILFORD on a fun photo walk and scavenger hunt around Olympic Village! Hilary Freed, the North American ILFORD Rep and Matt Parry from ILFORD UK will be there, along with some of the film crazy staff from Beau to chat about anything film related and answer your questions.
How it works: Each participant will be given a roll of 35mm ILFORD film and inspiration in a scavenger hunt list, and we will wander the streets and parks of Olympic Village. Take your film to Rocket Repro when you have found everything on the list and finished the roll, and they have generously offered to give you a 50% discount on a develop and print (4×6 prints). Submit your best prints and we will put them in an exhibition at Beau. There will be prizes and giveaways for those who have completed the list.
*Registration is required and space is limited.
Only 35mm film will be available so make sure you bring along a camera that it will fit in. There are lots of fun and inexpensive 35mm cameras at Beau if you normally use a larger format and want to add a 35mm camera to your collection.
